About Rafi
Born in Kuwait of Armenian descent and raised between Kuwait and Lebanon, afforded me the good fortune throughout my life of being exposed to different cultures, which helped me understand and relate to people of varied cultures, mindsets and philosophies. I moved to the US (Los Angeles) in 1987 to pursue higher education and majored in film making, which has always been one of my passions, worked in the industry for a while until in 2006 I decided to pursue real estate, which over the years had become my other passion. I see myself as a service provider and meet my clients' needs from a place of compassion, understanding, honest discussions, and a genuine desire to protect their best interest. For me what I do has more to do with long lasting relationships as opposed to transactions. I am a firm believer that life is a journey of learning, evolving, improving, and most importantly sharing what you learned with those around you. I am always eager to utilize the experience I have gained over the years in real estate to get the most desired outcomes for my clients.
